Betty'S Lo-Cal Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and cut in half
    1 large Hunt's tomatoes, skinned, whole and chopped, plus juice
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    herbs (oregano, garlic, onion and pepper)
Preparation
    Brown chicken, saute onion and place in baking dish.
    Cover with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour, uncovered (total 1 hour).
