Pavlova - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 c. whipping cream
    fresh fruit
Preparation
    Whip egg whites until they form peaks.
    Gradually add sugar, vanilla and vinegar.
    Continue beating until very stiff.
    Spread waxed paper or brown paper (cut into a circle, slightly larger than desired size of dessert) on a cookie sheet.
    Put mixture onto paper and shape with slight hollow in center.
    Bake mixture one hour at 250\u00b0.
    Turn off oven and leave for several hours to dry. Top with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
