Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
    Mix remaining ingredients together; add to shortening mixture.
    Form into 1-inch balls; roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
