Smoked Sausage And Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. margarine
6 c. water
3 medium potatoes, chopped
16 oz. fully cooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
2 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Cook onion and garlic until tender.
Add water, potatoes, sausage, beans and bouillon.
Heat to boiling, then simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Add cabbage, tomato paste and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes or more.
