Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 mushrooms
1 pkg. chopped crabmeat
1/2 stick melted margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs or stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Dice stems; set aside. Simmer mushroom caps in 1 1/2 cups water for 10 minutes.
Remove and set aside.
Mix crabmeat, margarine, bread crumbs, lemon juice and mushroom stems.
More lemon juice may be added if needed. (Stuffing needs to be wet.)
Stuff mushroom caps and place in baking dish.
Pour juice from cooked mushrooms over caps.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
