Delicious Potluck Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag frozen potatoes (small squares)
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Preparation

Mix partially thawed potatoes, undiluted soup, 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream and cheese.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix corn flakes with remaining 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 12 to 15.
