Cooked Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. American or Longhorn cheese
1 small can pimentos, chopped
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Cut cheese into pan with pimento and melt over low heat.
Add the milk, mustard, sugar and salt and stir until well blended. Add the eggs and continue to stir until the eggs are cooked.
Add the flour and stir until thickened.
Serve on bread as a hot sandwich.
