Javaneh'S Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Preparation

Process flour and pecans in a food processor or blender until nuts are very finely chopped.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until pale and fluffy.
By hand, gradually add flour mixture just until blended.
Roll level tablespoons dough into balls and place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden. While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Cool on wire rack.
