White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat butter in saucepan; blend in flour and cook until bubbly.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly; cook until thickened.
Cook 3 minutes longer.
Add seasonings, add whatever leftover meat you are using and continue cooking until heated through.
Serve over toast, rice, noodles or biscuits.
