Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 can Pet milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix jello with 1 1/2 cups hot water.
Refrigerate and let set up partially. Then add lemon juice and sugar.
Mix well.
Put half the graham cracker crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
With an electric mixer, beat milk until it is the consistency of whipped cream. Fold in jello
mixture and mix well.
Pour over graham cracker crumbs and sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs over the mixture.
