Bombay Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
2 or 3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. diced turkey, cooked
1 tsp. shredded lemon peel
2/3 c. rice
1/4 c. chopped cashews
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation

In skillet, melt butter or oleo.
Add curry powder and heat 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in onion; cook until tender.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper, stirring well.
Add chicken broth.
Cook and stir until mixture is bubbly; cook 2 minutes more.
Add turkey and lemon peel; heat mixture to boiling.
