Party Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb. chopped ham (optional)
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 lb. Velveeta, chopped
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake, uncovered, until brown around the sides.
    Can be frozen.
    (Defrost 15 minutes.)
