Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    4 slices bacon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    7 oz. can minced clams
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 drops hot pepper sauce
    3 eggs
    chives, chopped (garnish)
Preparation
    *Bake pastry blind at 400\u00b0 for about 5 minutes or just until set.
    Cool.
