Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter in double boiler; add sifted sugar, flour, salt, milk and egg yolks.
    Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
    After it thickens, add vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue and coconut.
