Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt, then cut in Crisco until about like coarse meal.
    Add water, vinegar and egg to flour mixture; mix until easy to handle.
    Roll out needed amount.
    Store unused dough in airtight container.
    This will keep well in refrigerator for about a week.
    It can also be frozen.
    Let come to room temperature before using.
