Dainty Tea Cookies(Spritz) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together until waxy.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.
    Add flour, a tablespoon at a time, until all the flour is used up. Put into a cookie press; make into an S shape or round wreaths. Bake until light brown at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
