Fancy Egg Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) diced Canadian bacon or ham
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    12 beaten eggs
    1 (3 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 recipe cheese sauce
    4 tsp. melted butter
    2 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook bacon and onion in 3 tablespoons butter until onion is tender, but not brown.
    Add eggs and scramble just until set.
    Fold mushrooms and cooked eggs into the cheese sauce. Turn into 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine remaining butter, crumbs and paprika.
    Sprinkle on top of eggs.
    Cover.
    Chill until 30 minutes before serving.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
