Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, unpeeled and baked
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 - 3 oz. Hormel bacon bits
    2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut baked potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
    Place half in a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper and bacon.
    Top with half of the cheeses. Repeat layers.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6 or 8.
