Turkey Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 (1 lb.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat olive oil; add turkey, but do not brown.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except cheese.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Yield: 4 servings.
