Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour*
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 (9-inch) pie shells
dash of salt
6 c. thinly sliced pared tart apples (about 6 medium apples)
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in apples. Turn into pie shell.
Dot with margarine.
Cover with top crust. Seal and flute.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust, about 40 to 50 minutes.
