Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. frozen vegetable combo (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. fried onions
Preparation

Thaw and drain frozen vegetables.
Combine, vegetables, soup, sour cream and pepper.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and onions. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes.
