Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. water
1 lb. hamburg meat
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 lb. onion, chopped very fine
3 or 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a large pan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
To thicken, add 1/2 cup flour to one cup water; mix.
