Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Saute sausage and
    set
    aside
    to cool.
    In the sausage pan, saute the celery, bell pepper and onion.
    Drain.
    Combine all ingredients and pour in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with grated cheese and cracker
    crumbs
    and
    bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
