Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 lemon juice and rind
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add well beaten egg yolk and flour; beat well.
    Then add milk, lemon juice and grated rind.
    Fold in well beaten egg whites.
    Turn into pie crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
