Ingredients

2 c. dried apples
6 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. Wondra flour or cornstarch
Preparation

Cook the dried apples in the water until tender.
Drain off any excess liquid.
Mash apples with the sugar, lemon juice, spices and flour.
