Quick Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) can boned chicken
2 tsp. finely chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, celery, onion, nuts, rice, chicken soup, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix mayonnaise with water and add to chicken mixture.
Gently stir in eggs.
Turn mixture in a greased casserole and top with potato chips.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
