Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean fish fillets
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Move oven rack to position slightly above middle of oven. Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Cut fish fillets into 2 x 1 1/2-inch pieces. Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs, paprika, salt, dill weed and pepper.
