Pork Chops And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 head cabbage
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Broil pork chops. In saucepan, place quartered cabbage (remove center). Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes. Turn in pork chops and cook for 15 minutes more.
