Sweet Potato-Cashew Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. broken cashews
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 lb. sweet potatoes (5 or 6 medium), cooked, peeled and cut crosswise
    1 (8 oz.) can peach slices, drained well
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium head cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into small pieces and cook until just tender.
    Drain and place in a shallow, 2-quart casserole.
