Pink Cloud - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring to a boil the pineapple and sugar. Add Jell-O. Let cool. Add cottage cheese, pecans and Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
