Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water or pineapple juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 small can crushed pimento, cut fine
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add water or juice and salt; chill.
    Mash soft cream cheese when Jell-O is nearly set.
    Beat it, add cheese, whipped cream, pineapple and pimentos.
    Put in molds or a shallow pan.
    Set in cold place.
    Serves 10 to 20.
