French Fried Deviled Eggs (With Creole Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper or to taste
    2 additional egg yolks (raw)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    flour
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.
    Mash them and season with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Pack this yolk mixture back into the whites.
    Put halves together and hold together with toothpicks.
    Dip them into additional egg yolks which have been beaten.
    Dip in flour, then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in deep, hot fat (about 380\u00b0) until golden brown.
    Serve with Creole Sauce.
