Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 medium onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop onions.
    Cut chicken into pieces approximately 1 x 1/2 x 1/2-inch.
    Preheat oil in large frying pan.
    Put onions in hot oil and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
    Add chicken; fry 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add salt, pepper and sour cream; stir and fry for 3 minutes.
    Serve with mashed potatoes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
