Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, fried and diced
    1 can or 1 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped finely (add last)
    3 tsp. onions, minced
    1 1/2 c. rice, boiled
Preparation
    Cook until blended or bake in a casserole with cracker crumbs on top.
