Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground meat
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. light cream or half and half
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. canned condensed beef broth
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. coffee (instant)
Preparation
    Mix meats together.
    Soak bread in cream about 5 minutes. Cook onion in 1 tablespoon of butter until tender.
    Combine meat, crumb mixture, egg, onion and seasonings.
    Beat vigorously until fluffy with electric mixer.
    Form in 1 1/2-inch balls.
    (Mixture will be soft.)
    Brown in 2 tablespoons of butter, shaking skillet to keep balls round.
    Remove meat balls.
