Cream Of Wheat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 c. water
    3/4 c. Cream of Wheat
    1 lemon rind, grated
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cook slowly 15 minutes.
    Pour in cake pan and cool completely.
    Cut into squares or diamonds.
    Beat 1 egg and dip squares in egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until brown.
    Drain.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Delicious on cold nights.
