Evelyn'S Chili Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans whole green chilies
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish.
    Layer washed green chilies, onion and cheese in at least two layers.
    Mix milk, eggs and flour.
    Pour over chili mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
