Toffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco, melted
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spread the above mixture on a greased cookie sheet (press with hand).
    Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
    Melt a package of chocolate chips and spread on while hot and sprinkle with nuts (pecans).
    Cool and cut in squares.
    Makes 24 squares.
