Fresh Strawberry Or Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 qt. fruit
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 1/2 Tbsp. strawberry or peach Jell-O
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch, add 1 cup water and cook until thick and clear.
    Take from heat and add Jell-O, mix well and cool.
    Add a few drops of red food coloring, if not as red as you like.
    Cap berries or fruit and put in baked pie shell.
    Pour Jell-O mixture over fruit and chill.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
