Veal Or Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or veal cutlets
    1/4 c. flour
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. hot water
    3/4 c. Marsala wine
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion
    olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
