Smoked Sausage Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    3/4 c. rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can very young early peas
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut sausage into chunks.
    Combine with rice, soup, water and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in peas and mushrooms (both are drained).
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Do not stir in cheese.
    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    Yields 4 servings.
