Broccoli Carrot Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/2 bunch carrots (about 6)
    2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickles
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook broccoli pieces in salted boiling water until barely tender.
    Cook carrots to similar degree of doneness and drain; cool.
    Mix all other ingredients in jar; shake vigorously to blend.
    Place drained vegetables in low dish.
    Pour dressing over them.
    Chill for several hours.
    May serve with chopped hard-boiled eggs or capers as garnish.
