Roasted Pork Loin - cooking recipe

1 large boneless pork loin
water
dry onion soup or garlic and spices
Preparation

Place pork loin in a pan with approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inches of water.
Top with onion soup mix or spices.
Cover tightly with tinfoil and place in oven for at least 5 hours (no peeking) in 300 to 325\u00b0 oven (from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
No fuss, cooks all day.
