Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
4 large peaches
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut peaches in half; remove the stone and slice fairly thick. Arrange peaches in pie shell.
Melt the butter and beat the egg. Mix the flour and sugar with the egg and butter and pour over the peaches.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
