Festive Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. green pepper strips
    3/4 c. onion slices
    1/4 lb. Velveeta jalapeno cheese, cubed
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    4 to 8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
    Saute in oil 4 minutes. Add green peppers and onion and saute 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Add cheese and stir until cubes melt.
    Fill each tortilla, top with tomatoes and fold.
    Serve hot, with sour cream and salsa.
