Chocolate-Pecan Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
14 oz. bag caramels
2 c. pecan halves
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate squares
1/3 bar paraffin
Preparation

In a double boiler, melt the milk with the caramels, stirring occasionally. When melted, use wooden spoon to stir in pecan halves.
Drop by spoon onto buttered wax paper.
Let cool at least 15 minutes.
