Swiss Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-4 onion, chopped coarsely
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. white wine
stale bread slices
swiss cheese
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add mushrooms, broth and celery soup. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
Add sour cream, milk and wine.
Layer with bread slices and swiss cheese.
Pour remaining mixture on top and bake at 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
