Working Girl'S Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

roast
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can soup (tomato for pork and cream of mushroom for beef)
3/4 can water
garlic
Preparation

Wrap roast in large piece of foil.
Sprinkle roast with plenty of garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour soup on top of meat, then Worcestershire sauce over soup.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over that. Pour water in bottom of foil.
Pull foil up and seal across top and ends.
Be sure it is sealed tightly, leaving space above and around roast.
Place in pan and put in 250\u00b0 oven from 7 to 5 p.m.
