Cheese Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 baking size potatoes
    2 tsp. onions, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until tender.
    Let cool.
    Cut in halves.
    Scrape pulp from skins and mash.
    Add a little milk to make light and fluffy.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Stir with potato mixture along with salt and pepper.
    Pile mixture back in potato shells.
    Cover top with grated Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
