Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Spread bread slices with margarine. Trim the crusts off, then cut bread into cubes.
    Spray 9 x 11-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Spread bread in bottom of dish. Add sausage over bread, spreading evenly.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage and bread.
    Cover casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and continue cooking for 20 more minutes.
